Hugh Martin

Hugh was born in 1742 and his baptism took place on February 12th, 1742 in Whitfield.¹   Hugh's father was William MARTIN and his mother was Mary LOWES. He had three brothers and a sister, named Matthew, William, Fenwick and Mary.  He was the third oldest of the five children.
