Matthew MARTIN

Matthew was born in 1737 and his baptism took place on May 4th, 1737 in Whitfield C/E.¹   Matthew's father was William MARTIN and his mother was Mary LOWES. He had three brothers and a sister, named William, Hugh, Fenwick and Mary.  He was the oldest of the five children.
